in a nutshell…

I’ve been on a ride, just like you. With lots of winding roads, forks, u-turns and dead-ends! It brought me to a place of answering the call within to make some changes and live a life more aligned from the inside-out. Uncovering what that life looks like is an ongoing process and it continues to be part of my journey.

Along the way, some of what I’ve learned is the importance of having good people in your corner… rooting for, encouraging and believing in YOU… all while holding you accountable. I am here to be that for you - to share and serve in a meaningful, mindful and uplifting way. I have gained some specialized credentials in support of this mission, while always allowing the greatest teacher, LIFE, to bring me through.

Working with me, you will: holistically and mindfully uncover what drives you as well as what doesn’t, while gaining clarity on what you want, where you want to go and how to get there. We will create a new way forward, along with addressing anything else under the arc of goals, curiosities, fears and dreams. Each step anchored in principles which ring true for you.

The organization I am a member of invited James to teach a workshop on mindfulness, meditation and wellness, and the benefits they provide when working through mental, emotional and physical health challenges as college students.  Prior to the workshop, each planning meeting James and I had was very relaxed and helped me learn more about mindfulness and how it can personally support me with struggles I face. 

The workshop included a discussion on the stress students deal with and the habits we can implement to overcome those negative thoughts we have, along with two, short, guided meditations.  Throughout the workshop and meditations, I felt we were able to not only learn more about ourselves by being vulnerable but were also able to relax and fully clear our minds.  Overall, it was a great experience working with James and he helped us learn that no matter what struggles we’re facing, there are so many healthy and mindful ways to work through them.
